Here it is again. Same Reuters source, but at MSNBC.com today. Don't worry, I won't post every time it's published. I just thought it would be good to show the news is getting out, sparking further debate on the subject of diet and weight loss in this country.

I went vegetarian nearly two weeks ago. I've lost 8 pounds so far. I feel better and healthier. I don't crave soda or sweets as much as I used to. I don't feel weiged down and run-down. My digestive system is regular. Meatless is the way to go.
Wow. That's a lot of weight. Congrats, and good for you. Keep it up.
That's awesome. A lot of people make the assumption that going veg will automatically result in weight loss. Not true!
