LA vegan sues McDonald's after dairy, wheat disclosure (AP Wire)

I'd love to be supportive, but this is ridiculous.

McDonald's settled a lawsuit in 2002 after coming out with the fact their fries were cooked in beef-flavored oil. It's public knowledge that their fries are NOT VEGAN, so how can someone sue them after the dairy disclosure? Dumb. It's going to make vegans look ridiculous. Again.

Thanks a lot, Nadia Sugich.

It's not ridiculous. I didn't know they were not vegan. Who'd think potatoes can be made into anything unvegan/vegetarian?

Anyone who was listening when McDonalds told the world that their fries were flavored with beef tallow would know that they were not vegan. That was fairly widespread public knowledge well before this new disclosure.

I didnt know either. I dont eat at Mc Donalds b/c they make fake tasting food that is also bad for you but I assumed they were vegan.
